Stand-up paddleboard core fusion classes will be held from 2-3 p.m. March 1-18 at the Mabel Lee Hall pool. Designed for water-lovers, participants will play with balance, focus and core strength by taking their core fusion practice to stand up paddleboards. All equipment for the course is provided.

Fees are $36 for UNL students or Campus Rec Center members and $50 for the general public. Registrations are accepted until the day of the course online or in person at the Campus Rec member services desk.
