National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity membership begins July 1

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has obtained an institutional membership with the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity, an independent professional development, training and mentoring community for faculty, postdocs and graduate students that serves more than 450 colleges and universities.

This professional development tool offers members a weekly motivational email, access to its core curriculum, guest expert webinars, intensive multi-week courses facilitated by national experts, a private discussion forum, monthly writing challenges, and the opportunity to connect with a writing accountability partner.

Membership is provided by the Offices of the Executive Vice Chancellor, of Diversity and Inclusion and the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Membership is available beginning July 1. Workshops to complement NCFDD programs are being developed by Faculty Affairs and will be announced in the fall.
