A Valentine’s Day brown bag organized by Nebraska Extension will provide tips on how to jump-start springtime garden preparations.

The “Starting Plants for Your Garden” talk, which is via Zoom from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 14, will offer information on how to properly start seeds indoors, issues that may arise, growing requirements for starter plants, and how to safely transfer them to the garden.

The talk is part of Nebraska Extension’s GROBigRed series. It is free and open to the entire campus community. Registration is required to access the Zoom session.
