The March 8 "Seasons of Song" recital at the Sheldon will include the UNL Chamber Singers.
Sheldon Museum of Art hosts a “Seasons of Song” recital at 3 p.m. March 8. The event will feature UNL’s Chamber Singers, Skyros String Quartet and Christopher Marks, associate professor of music.
The recital will include the premiere of a new cantata for chamber choir and string quartet by Charlie Leftridge, a master’s student in composition and member of the Chamber Singers.
The Skyros Quartet and Chamber Singers will also perform additional selections and collaborate on two cantatas.
The event is free and open to the public.
