Plant pathology seminar to feature grad student’s research

The fall Plant Pathology Seminar Series continues with a 4 p.m. Dec. 7 presentation by Chikoti Mukuma in Keim Hall, Room 264. The lecture, which is free and open to the public, will explore "Morphological and Molecular Identification and Characterization of Dry Bean Root Rot Pathogens in Zambia."

Mukuma is a graduate student studying plant pathology. He is part of a research group led by James Steadman, professor and department head for plant pathology.
