The UNL Wildlife Club is offering a screening of the film “Green Fire” at 7 p.m. Jan. 15 in the Hardin Hall auditorium (room 107). Scott Hyngstrom, professor and UNL Extension wildlife specialist, will lead a discussion following the screening.

“Green Fire” is the first full-length documentary film ever made about environmentalist Aldo Leopold. The film highlights Leopold’s extraordinary career, tracing how he shaped and influenced the modern environmental movement. Leopold remains relevant today, inspiring projects all over the country that connect people and land.

The event is free and open to the public.
