4 ROTC cadets receive military commissions

Students receiving military commissions stand to be recognized while others rise to cheer during the All-University Commencement at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Aug. 16.
Four cadets in the UNL Reserve Officer Training Corps received military commissions in UNL commencement ceremonies Aug. 15-16.
Katelynn M. Gonzalez of Copperas Cove, Texas, was commissioned a second lieutenant in the Air Force Aug. 15 at the Pershing Military and Naval Science Building.
Three were commissioned second lieutenants in the Army in a ceremony Aug. 16 in the Heritage Room of the Nebraska Union. They are and Samuel V. Obrist and Anthony C. Presnell of Lincoln, and Brian H. Betlej of Muskego, Wis.
