Dan Uden, assistant professor of Natural Resources, discussed how campus researchers are working with ranchers to better understand land management in the unique ecosystem of Nebraska’s Sandhills.

The Sandhills are one of the largest intact grassland landscapes in the world. They cover more than 19,000 square miles and support some 500,000 cattle.
