UCARE is seeking students who are interested in engaging in research for the 2018-19 school year.

Through the Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience program, Nebraska undergraduates are guided by research mentors on yearlong projects and receive a $2,400 stipend.

Undergraduate research projects allow students to work hands-on with a faculty adviser to gain important experience and skills that can enhance graduate school applications or preparation for a career. Students from all majors and disciplines are encouraged to apply for UCARE.

• 10 to 11 a.m. Nov. 9 at the Nebraska Union

• 4 to 5 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Nebraska East Union

• 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Nebraska Union
