A retirement reception for Peg Filliez will be held at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 16 at the Van Brunt Visitors Center.

Peg Filliez, administrative team manager in the Office of Research and Economic Development, began her University of Nebraska-Lincoln career at the University Health Center more than 25 years ago.

Her work here has included providing operations support for many associate and assistant vice chancellors, serving as coordinator of the university Research Council and of the associate deans for research, and as human resources liaison. She also has been an active member of the University Association for Administrative Development.

The retirement reception is free and open to the public.
