Free fitness classes are being offered Dec. 8-14 to help students and Campus Recreation Center members reduce stress.
More than 50 classes will be offered, including the popular High-Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Cycling, Barre, Yoga and TRX. The classes will be held at the Campus Rec Center, Recreation and Wellness Center and Outdoor Adventures Center. A full schedule is available online.
For the upcoming spring semester, students and rec members can purchase a Spring All-Class Pass for $48 to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased online or by visiting the member services desk at the Campus Rec Center on City Campus or the Rec and Wellness Center on East Campus.
