Annual NUFlex enrollment is happening now for all University of Nebraska benefit-eligible employees. The open enrollment period ends at 5 p.m. Nov. 17.

NUFlex enrollment is under the Employee Self Service section of Firefly. For guidance on how to use the portal, visit the benefits enrollment help page.

Benefits selection from the prior year will automatically roll over, with the exception of flexible spending accounts. Employees only need to change what they want to be different, or add new benefits. The health risk assessment and tobacco/nicotine designation need to be completed on a yearly basis. Each year, flexible spending accounts must be updated to stay enrolled.
