Nominations open for Student Impact Awards; due March 20

Student Impact Awards honor a variety of student leaders on campus, including outstanding Recognized Student Organization officers, members and advisers.

Any University of Nebraska–Lincoln community member, organization member or adviser may nominate someone for the awards. Nominations are due by 11:30 p.m. March 20. The awards will be presented formally at 5 p.m. April 14, at the Student Impact Awards Reception in the Nebraska East Union Great Plains Room.

Nominations can be made for the following awards:

  • Diversity and Inclusion Award
  • Outstanding Adviser
  • Outstanding Commitment to Recruitment
  • Outstanding New Adviser
  • Outstanding New Student Organization
  • Outstanding Student Organization
  • Outstanding Student Organization Member
  • Outstanding Student Organization Officer
  • Outstanding Student Organization President
  • Program of the Year
  • Sport Club of the Year
  • Sport Club Athlete of the Year (2)
  • Student Leadership Award
  • Student Organization Philanthropy/Service Award
