The HealthierU Employee Wellness program has new offerings for the Spring semester, including wellness coaching, bookable programs and a virtual movement challenge.

University of Nebraska–Lincoln employees can now book sessions with a wellness coach for free through the HealthierU program. Each employee can book three free sessions that include a 1-hour initial consultation session and two 30-minute follow-up sessions. Learn more about the wellness coaching sessions and book your first session.

In collaboration with Heart Health Month in February, HealthierU is offering a virtual movement challenge. This challenge is free to register for and will run Feb. 1-28. The goal of this challenge is to get employees up and moving. Participants can choose between a 50- or 100-mile goal and choose logging walking, running, biking or swimming as their movement activities. All participants who register and log an activity towards their goal will earn a challenge T-shirt. Registration is now open until Feb. 15. Learn more and to register.

HealthierU is now offering five free bookable programs. These new programs include Essential Oils 101, Functional Movement and Mindfulness at the Workplace, Goal Setting and Behavior Change, and Chair Yoga. To learn more about these programs or to book a program contact Annalisa Mazza, assistant Director of Employee Wellness, at amazza6@unl.edu.
