Due to the changes in the fall 2020 academic calendar, Labor Day (Sept. 7, 2020) was considered a working holiday.

Leave eligible employees who worked Labor Day 2020 should have recorded “Banked Holiday” for hours worked. Per university policy, banked holiday hours must be used within 12 months of being granted. Unused banked holiday hours for Labor Day 2020 will expire Sept. 6, 2021. The “Banked Holiday Used” (BKUS) code should be entered to record hours when used.
