The June Professional Development Group will focus on simple strategies to optimize self care during the summer. Valerie Williams is presenting sessions to focus on that and make it a priority for people.
The group is focused on sharing key ways to bring your best self to work. Topics vary from effective communication skills, professional boundaries, time and energy management, dealing with change and cultivating resilience.
The self-care sessions are facilitated from noon to 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month via Zoom. Registration is required.
