An interactive presentation on July 24 will provide University of Nebraska–Lincoln faculty with a better understanding of National Science Foundation funding opportunities related to K-12 and informal STEM education and cyberlearning.

The event, which will be led by Bob Russell, a program director in NSF’s Directorate for Education and Human Resources, is 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Paul Research Center, Room 152. Registration is due by July 23.

Russell works within the NSF’s Division of Research on Learning in Formal and Informal Settings, with program responsibilities for: cyberlearning for work at the human-technology frontier; discovery research, preK-12; and innovative technology experiences for students and teachers.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with Russell after his presentation. Faculty will also be able to network with colleagues who have similar education and research interests.
