Julie Park, author of “Race on Campus: Debunking Myths with Data,” will present a lecture at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in Love Library Auditorium, Room 102. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Park, associate professor at University of Maryland, College Park, will discuss the state of race relations on college campuses in America from a data-driven perspective. She will also sell copies of her book at the event.
The lecture is being presented by the Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of People of Color.
