Jacht Agency will be hosting its biannual virtual final presentation at 5 p.m. Dec. 14 via YouTube live stream.

Every semester, Jacht hosts a final presentation to showcase the semester’s work and highlight its internal and external success with its clients. With 53 Jachters and 15 clients, Jacht is looking forward to celebrating the work accomplished by all the students.

These clients ranged from external clients such as the Chamber of Holdredge, to internal clients such as the College of Engineering Citizen Science. For Citizen Science, the students aimed to spread awareness of nitrate testing across rural communities of Nebraska by creating social media graphics, web designs and videos. Sydney Wagner, Jacht’s director of public relations, has helped lead the Jachters this semester to ensure that the agency runs smoothly with all client work being completed.

“I’ve enjoyed leading teams and guiding students to success this semester,” Wagner said. “It’s great to see all their hard work this semester for our clients, faculty and other people to see.”

Aside from the student leadership in Jacht, the students also receive guidance from faculty members: Alan Eno, creative director, Jemalyn Griffin, executive director, and Derek Hernandez, content strategy director.

“I’m immensely proud to work with this talented group of committed young professionals as they learn how to navigate agency life,” said Griffin.

“They have produced high-quality, professional-grade work over the course of the semester, and we are very excited to share this work with others. We could not accomplish everything without the support and partnership of our Nebraska-based agencies and professionals. We invite all alumni, friends and partners of Jacht to join us as we celebrate the end of the semester.”

Join the fall 2022 Jacht crew to see what they have been up to this semester. You can watch the final presentation here.
