Husker Dialogues meeting is April 10

Husker Dialogues
Students participate in a previous Husker Dialogues session. Planning for the next event, which is Sept. 10, continues with an April 10 virtual meeting.

The Husker Dialogues Committee will hold a virtual meeting at 2 p.m. April 10 to discuss plans for its upcoming session on Sept. 10. The meeting is open to all faculty, staff, students and program supporters.

The committee is divided into five key areas: Husker Conversation Guides; Husker Conversation Trainers, Logistics; Student Experience; and Marketing and Communication.

Through the Husker Dialogues program, volunteers (conversation guides) facilitate small group discussions with first-year students. The interaction lays the foundation for practicing and engaging in conversations about diversity and inclusion. Learn more about the program.

The next Husker Dialogues session is tentatively scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
