Nebraska Hops will hold an Introduction to Hop Production workshop 4 to 6:30 p.m. June 8 in Plant Sciences Hall, Room 199. Cost is $10.

The workshop will provide information on the cost of hop production; trellis design and set up; and basic information on hop agronomics, harvest and post-harvest processing.

The schedule includes a tour of the East Campus hop yard and a brewer-led talk about quality and demands for locally-grown hops for craft beer production.
