Many have encountered a wonderful book or document that has information related to their family history. However, often a search to discover the source of the information proves impossible.

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s next Genealogy Over Lunch session will explore ways to cite and include sources in research to help strengthen family searches. Eva Bachman, director of graduate student support and associate registrar, will lead the discussion. Information will include why it is important to cite and analyze sources. The session is 11:30 a.m. Feb. 15 via Zoom. Register for the Zoom link.

Genealogy over Lunch is a University Libraries’ group designed to help individuals explore and organize family history. The group meets every third Thursday of the month during the academic year and is open to faculty, staff and students.
