Faculty, staff policy reminders for travel registry

The International Travel Registry for Professionals policy, implemented Jan. 1, safeguards university professionals.

Faculty and staff are reminded to complete the following two steps before each foreign trip in order to fulfill the policy requirement:

  • Complete an Electronic Travel Authorization form, either through Firefly Employee Self Service or SAP.

  • Arrange all international transportation to be paid with university administered funds through Travel and Transport, so that travel details are maintained and accessible in the event of an emergency.

Compliance with the policy is required for travel expenditures to be reimbursed by the university.
