Beginning March 23, all Counseling and Psychological Services appointments at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will be held on a remote basis.

While CAPS will be closed for in-person visits starting Monday, students can schedule a Zoom or phone appointment by calling 402-472-7450 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

After business hours, students with urgent needs can speak to a counselor by calling 402-472-7450 and pressing 4.

CAPS has also put together a COVID-19 mental health resources page for students, which includes tips on how to manage stress and emotional well-being.
