Campus Recreation ends spring semester with free fitness classes

Campus Recreation will celebrate finals week, May 2-8, by offering free fitness classes.

More than 50 classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include High-Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Cycling, Aqua, Barre, Yoga and Pilates.

Special classes for the week (all at the Recreation and Wellness Center) include:

• Sunrise and Spin, 6 a.m., May 3; • Sun Salutations in the Sand, 5 p.m., May 5; and • Barre N’ Brunch at 9 a.m., May 7.
