College of Law to host Naturalization Clinic

The University of Nebraska College of Law Immigration Clinic is preparing for its seventh annual Naturalization Clinic. In total, the clinic has helped more than 50 participants prepare and submit N-400 naturalization applications through this program.

The clinic will be held on Saturday, March 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Individuals who have a green card and have been in the United States for 5+ years (or 3+ if they are married to a U.S. citizen) are eligible. Those interested should complete the interest form below. Immigration Clinic students will screen applicants for citizenship eligibility.

The deadline to register is Jan. 26. If you are eligible to participate, Immigration Clinic students will follow up with a phone call or email to conduct further screening. Once the screening is complete, Immigration Clinic students will contact the eligible participant with more information about the event including time, location, documents to bring and the citizenship process generally.
