Katie Nieland, associate director of the Center for Great Plains Studies, was among the hundreds who attended the return of Jazz in June on June 1. The concert series, offered ever Tuesday evening in June in the sculpture garden west of Sheldon Museum of Art, was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19.
