Fresh off a performance at the College Band Directors National Association conference, the UNL Wind Ensemble returns to Lincoln for a “Rhythm Changes” recital at 3 p.m. Feb. 28 in Kimball Recital Hall

Directed by Carolyn Barber, the Wind Ensemble is UNL’s premier concert band. Its select mission is to provide instrumentalists of advanced technical proficiency a pre-professional ensemble experience.

Tickets, available at the door, are $5 general admission and $3 for students and senior citizens. The performance will also be webcast online.
