The campus community will have the chance to sample foods made by vendors from across Lincoln during “Taste of UNL.”
The food-tasting event, organized by the Daily Nebraskan, is 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 18 on the green space north of the Nebraska Union. More than 20 food vendors and sponsors will participate.
“Taste of UNL” is free and open to the public. Along with samples, vendors will also provide coupons and other unique promotional items.
The vendor list includes (but is not limited to): Sam and Louie’s, Wahoo’s, Firehouse Subs, Egg and I, Eatery, Annie’s Sunshine Cafe, Bruegger’s, Tico’s, Jersey Mike’s, Le Cupcake, Juice Stop, Hiro 88, Serendipities, Super Saver, Mr. Goodcents, Qdoba, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Pepperjax Grill, Banhwich Cafe, Schlotzsky’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Toppers, Dino’s Grille, Jimmy John’s, Amigos and Claremont Park Apartments.
