Second Chance Cinema to feature ‘The Good Dinosaur’

UPC presents The Good Dinosaur (2/17: 7 & 9pm; The Ross)

The University Program Council’s Second Chance Cinema series will show “The Good Dinosaur” at 7 and 9:10 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Mary Riepma Ross Media Arts Center.

Admission is $1 for UNL students with a valid NCard. The event is not open to the public.

An animated film, “The Good Dinosaur” is set in a world where dinosaurs and humans live side-by-side. When a rainstorm washes Arlo — an Apatosaurus played by Raymond Ochoa — downriver, he ends up bruised, battered and miles away from home. Good fortune smiles on Arlo as he meets Spot (Jack Bright), a Neanderthal boy who offers his help and friendship. Together, the unlikely duo go on an epic adventure to reunite Arlo with his family.

UPC, located in Room 134 of the Nebraska Union, is a student organization that provides diverse, educational and entertaining programs to enhance the UNL community. For more information, click here.
