Individuals who complete the seminar receive a three-year certification to serve on search committees.

Each orientation seminar is 90 minutes and covers the basics of conducting a job search. The seminars are free and open to any faculty, staff, graduate assistants and teaching assistants. Registration, available at http://training.unl.edu, is required.
