Rural Opportunities Fair: Connecting Communities and Students will host a webinar Oct. 21.
During the opening day of the 2015 conference, the Rural Futures Institute will host the fair on UNL’s East Campus. This matchmaking event is the first of its kind and is more than a career fair. The event will offer community representatives from throughout Nebraska and neighboring states the chance to engage students interested in establishing their futures in a rural place.
Communities are invited to be a part of the beginning of a new relationship between communities and university students by sharing all of the unique opportunities they have to offer.
To learn more, there will also be a webinar from 2-3 p.m. May 20. Specific details about the event will be provided. A question and answer session will follow.
