Rec centers to offer free fitness classes Jan. 11-17

Free fitness classes are offered the first week of each semester

Free fitness classes are offered the first week of each semester

All group fitness, aqua, Pilates and Yoga classes at Campus Recreation facilities are free Jan. 11-17. Eighty classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include high intensity interval training, cardio dance, cycling, aqua, Yoga and Pilates.
