The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute will host an open house from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Cornhusker Marriott, 333 S. 13th St. The event is free and open to the public.

The OLLI program offers noncredit courses to adults over the age of 50. The winter term includes 39 courses, plus special events, distinguished lectures, interest circles and trips.

The open house will include refreshments and music by Rat Pack Jazz.

Individuals can purchase a half-year OLLI membership for $50. Cost includes a $30 credit toward a first course/event.
