“Fiesta on the Green” will be held from 4-7 p.m. April 17 on the Union Plaza north of the Nebraska Union to celebrate Latin American culture and heritage.

The event will feature music, dance, food and vendors that celebrate Latin culture.

Entertainment for the event includes a dance performance by Sangre Azteca, an accordion performance by Joseph Tamez and music by Marcos el Sabor.

The event is free and open to the public.

In the event of rain, the fiesta will move to the Coliseum at the Recreation Center.
