The Office of Research and Economic Development is hosting a new faculty forum Sept. 7 to discuss new UNL research initiatives, provide an overview of ORED services and outline internal funding opportunities. The forum will be 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center, Room 212. Research staff and administrators will provide information and answer questions.

Proposals for these internal funding programs are due Nov. 12: Arts and Humanities Research Enhancement Fund, Minority Health-related Research Projects, Layman Awards and Layman New Directions Program. Applications for the Pathways to Interdisciplinary Research Centers program are due Dec. 7.
