The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Horticulture Club’s annual spring plant sale will run 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 28–29 on East Campus in the Teaching Greenhouse West, east of Plant Sciences Hall.

A wide variety of annual bedding plants, vegetables, herbs and ready-made planters will be sold.

Seeding, transplanting and daily watering has been done by club members. The plants are grown from either a plug or seed. Members typically begin seeding at the end of January and get the plugs in the middle of February.

If there are more plants to sell after April 29 the club will extend the sale to April 30, 9 a.m. to noon.
