Dave Hall, assistant professor of percussion and jazz studies, will present a solo concert of contemporary works for marimba, drums, “junk” percussion and processed electronic sounds at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 8 in the Kimball Recital Hall.

Featured composers include Alejandro Viñao, John Serry, John Psathas and 2014 Pulitzer Prize winner, John Luther Adams.

The Glenn Korff School of Music performance is free and open to the public.
