“Dior and I,” which shows through June 11, is Frédéric Tcheng’s solo directorial debut. The film brings the viewer into the world of Dior with a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Raf Simons’ first haute couture collection as Dior’s new artistic director.
In “5 to 7,” a chance encounter on the streets of Manhattan draws 20-something aspiring writer Brian into a passionate love affair with a glamorous French woman. Unfortunately, she’s married, and they can only meet for hotel room trysts between 5 and 7 p.m. As Brian yearns for more than just two hours a day with the woman of his dreams, he learns hard-won lessons about life and love.
“5 to 7,” which is rated R for some sexual material, shows through July 4.
