An international caste of more than 30 multi-talented artists and acrobats will celebrate the holiday season in “Cirque Dreams Holidaze,” playing the Lied Center for Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3-4.

“The Cirque Dreams cast is made up of some of the most incredible cirque artists in the world,” said Bill Stephan, executive director of the Lied Center. “The experience watching Cirque Dream Holidaze is sure to become a cherished memory for the entire family.”

The performance is directed by Neil Goldberg. The cast of costumed artists perform astonishing feats of disbelief — gingerbread men flipping in mid air; toy soldiers marching on thin wires; snowmen balancing; icemen sculpting; penguins spinning; puppets dancing; and reindeer soaring above a landscape of holiday wonderment with gigantic gifts, colossal candy canes and 30-foot towering soldiers.

Cirque Dreams Holidaze includes an original music score mixed with seasonal favorites.

Broadway World calls Cirque Dreams Holidaze “The Perfect Holiday Gift…chock full of stupefying stunts that Cirque Dreams’ competitors aren’t even attempting. Holidaze rivals The Rockettes’ Radio City Christmas spectacular in terms of production quality and entertainment value.”

Tickets, available at http://www.liedcenter.org or at the Lied ticket office, are $45 for adults and $22.50 for students.
