UNL will host a Chinese Food Festival and Contest from 3 to 6 p.m. Sept. 28 in the Gaughan Multicultural Center. Admission is $5.
As part of Chinese Culture Week, UNL will host a Chinese Food Festival and Contest from 3 to 6 p.m. Sept. 28 in the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center, room 212. The event is organized by the Lincoln Chinese Cultural Association and the UNL Confucius Institute.
Admission to the event is $5 per person; ages 5 and under are free.
The event will feature a variety of Chinese dishes. All participants will provide their recipe(s) in Chinese and English. Guests can taste and vote on the dishes.
Prizes will be awarded for main dish, desserts and most popular dish.
