Campus Recreation is offering free fitness events through Feb. 27 as part of “Celebrate Everybody Week.”
The event includes free activities and events designed to foster positive feelings regarding body image. The week includes a “Rock What You’ve Got Dance Party” from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the City Campus rec center.
“Too often we focus on things that we don’t like, the things that we want to change, or the things that society tells us don’t look like they should,” said Kelsey Whittaker, a group fitness coordinator for Campus Rec. “But his week we want to change that. Think about the things that you love about your body and celebrate you.”
All events are free for UNL students and Campus Rec members. For more information, click here or call 402-472-3467.
