All group fitness, pilates and yoga classes at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Campus Rec Center and Rec and Wellness Center are free Aug. 22-27.
More than 100 classes will be offered during the week, including high intensity interval training, cardio dance, cycling, aqua, yoga, pilates and country line dancing. A full schedule is available via the Campus Recreation website or its new Guidebook app.
UNL Students and Campus Recreation Members may purchase an All-Class Pass for $55/semester to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased at the member services desk at either of UNL’s Campus Rec facilities.
