Aboriginal entertainer, musician to speak

The OASIS Leadership Symposia is hosting Dallas Arcand, an Aboriginal entertainer and musician, at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 3 in the Gaughan Multicultural Center's Unity Room.

Arcand is an Aboriginal entertainer from the Alexander (Kipohtakaw) Plains Indian Cree Nation, located near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He is broadly talented but best known for his achievements as a hoop dancer, a motivational speaker, and a musician.

The Symposia is coordinated by the Office of Academic Success & Intercultural Services in the Gaughan Multicultural Center.
