Nebraska's Whitney Steckel shows her vaccine card after getting her first vaccine during the on-campus clinic on April 20.

More than 300 volunteers from the university community assisted with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department vaccine clinic in the Coliseum. The day featured a celebration with giveaways and ended with around 1,100 students receiving the first of two vaccines needed for protection against COVID-19.
