Team registration open for Battle of the Food Scientists

The annual Battle of the Food Scientists is happening March 21 at the Food Innovation Center on Innovation Campus.

The Food Science and Technology Department hosts the cooking competition and is recruiting participants for this year’s competition. Teams of two to four students will compete to create dishes under this year’s theme, Upcycling. Dishes are judged by a panel of industry professionals for prizes. Team registration is now open.
