Support Husker-owned businesses

With the weather warming and with a little extra free time over spring break, you might be in the mood to get off campus and do a little shopping. If so, be sure to check out and support some Husker alumni-owned businesses around Lincoln.

The Sheldon Art Museum on campus has an amazing and expansive collection of artworks from around the world, plus some of campus’s most beautiful springtime scenery. Visit their website or stroll on over to look at what’s showing.

Make an impact with sustainable practices

Spring is for new beginnings, making now a great time to up your sustainability game around campus. If you’re looking for small ways to have a big impact, check out tips for making your daily routine more sustainable.

Cultural Cuisine Nights

The first Tuesday of the month is Cultural Cuisine Night in the dining hall, and this month is Indian Culture Night. Grab some friends and head to a dining hall from 4:30-8 p.m. March 7 to chow down on some amazing food.
