Through UNL Report, members of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln community can report matters they feel need to be elevated or addressed.
The online reporting system can be accessed via a permanent link in the footer of any University of Nebraska–Lincoln webpage or from within the Nebraska app. The reports, which are anonymous and confidential, can cover a variety of matters, from discrimination or inappropriate behavior to acts of kindness.
Along with submitting incident reports, the system includes direct links to contact first responders (including the University Police Department) and mental health professionals.

While UNL Report provides an additional on-campus resource for the university community, it is not a 911 or emergency reporting site. Reports submitted through the service may not receive an immediate response. If any member of the university community sees an emergency in progress, they should call the university police department at 402-472-2222 (2-2222 from an on-campus phone) or 911 immediately.
Members of the university community are also encouraged to sign up for UNL Alert, a system that issues mass notifications via text messages and emails to accounts and devices designated by subscribers. Use of the system is reserved for announcing campus emergencies and weather-related closures.
