The University of Nebraska–Lincoln is investing in a comprehensive approach to advance professional development for the entire university community. That work is being guided by the N2025 strategic plan.

The College of Business is striving to strengthen professional development — which is the focus of Aim Six within the N2025 plan — by offering students opportunities to take part in a professional enhancement program, take the Clifton Strengths assessment, and be coached by peers. In addition, more than 40 faculty and staff are Gallup-certified strengths coaches.

As the university enters the third year of the strategic plan, campus leaders recently gathered to discuss progress made toward the document’s six aims and related goals. Videos from the discussions are being released through April 27 with a weekly theme tied to each of the N2025 aims. The sixth video published April 25.
