Seminar to cover common issues that arise in search process

UNL

A Search Process Seminar will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 25 via Zoom.

The seminar is a 60-minute session that covers the most common issues that arise during the search process. It also provides information outlining the process from start to finish. By completing the seminar, you will receive a three-year certification to serve on search committees. For accommodation assistance, please call IEC at 402-472-3417 two weeks prior to the seminar.

University of Nebraska–Lincoln faculty, staff and graduate students serving on a search committee are required to attend an educational seminar covering legal issues and university policies and procedures prior to the first meeting of the search committee. Undergraduate students and community members serving on a search committee are also encouraged to attend these educational seminars.

Register for the seminar online.
